1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- You provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Partially consumed products
- Personalized/customized products
- Fresh Fruits etc.
2. Reasons for Return
You may return an item if:
- It was delivered damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was incomplete
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Returns within 7 calendar days of delivery:
→ SoghaatPur.com will bear the return shipping cost - Returns between 8 to 14 calendar days of delivery:
→ Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
You must ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
4. Required: Unboxing Video
To initiate a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
- The unopened parcel being opened
- The product inside, including any damage or discrepancies
This video must be uploaded to Google Drive, and a shareable link must be sent to our support team when submitting your claim.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at 📧 support@soghaatpur.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Google Drive link to the unboxing video
Our support team will respond with the return instructions.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed once your return is received and approved:
For Prepaid Orders:
- Credit Card: Refunded to the original card
- Debit Card: Refunded to the linked bank account
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same bank account
- Easypaisa/Jazzcash: Refunded to the same
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be made via:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
You’ll be asked to provide your bank or wallet details for the refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash: Same day after QC of returned parcel.
- Card Refunds: Up to 10 business days (subject to bank processing) after QC of returned parcel.
Note: Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different product:
- Return the original (if eligible)
- Place a new order
8. Warranty Claims
For items with manufacturer warranties:
- Contact us with proof of purchase and issue details
- We’ll assist with claim processing or direct you to the appropriate service center
- We do not provide a warranty on any item sold on our website.
