How can I place an order?

Browse our store or Click Shop in menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS and Email from the sender “Soghaat Pur”, which includes your tracking number and courier details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request cancellation only if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
To cancel, use the link to your order page provided via Email from “Soghaat Pur”:

  • If the Cancel button is visible, you can cancel directly.
  • If the Cancel button is hidden, the order has already been processed and cannot be canceled.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we provide nationwide delivery with no location restrictions.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Economy Shipping: Pakistan Post

How can I check if a product is in stock?

If a product is available for purchase, it will be marked as “In Stock.” Items that are unavailable will be labeled accordingly.
